I've been pretty hard on Starbucks. I've been complaining for years about how it had turned into a fast food restaurant with no seating in some locations, or uncomfortable/awkward seating in the rest. I stopped going all together a few years ago. Well, what a difference! At least, in this location, which has been renovated to the new design that I heard a lot about. I love it! I spent my money for a coffee and the staff sent me to another coffee company to use a restroom? Very unpleasant and arrogant staff.
Les tables sont sales, personne ne les nettoie ni ne les débarrasse. Les toilettes sont sales et les lavabos sont sales. On ne propose pas une tasse en dur pour boire un expresso
