For the most part the staff is wonderful. If you are a regular customer they even know your order, which is great. But here's the rub. When the clock hits 8 pm, unless you want to be threatened to be hauled out by the cops, you better keep your eye on the clock. I run a customer based business myself, and at the end of hard days work I like to close up and go home too. - But rude behavior is never called for. Very disappointed with my experience at this Starbucks. I needed to use the restroom, but the staff told me I had to buy a drink first before they would let me in. I understand businesses have policies, but this felt unwelcoming and inconvenient. Definitely not the kind of customer service I expect from Starbucks.
Super nice location! We visited every day that we we were in town. I tried the Cran-Merry orange lemonade, which was delicious!
