I order a brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso I received less than half a cup of coffee. For $7 this is unacceptable I love this drink but with work being busy I drink get deluded so I tried it today with no ice. Not only did the guy have an attitude he stated that I would get less coffee because I didn’t get ice. So you mean to tell me that ice is what fills the drink up and not product? If I asked for a cup of ice it would be free but I’m paying for half of cup ice in my drink. This is unacceptable
