Gabby was exceptional and the new strategy is working
Awful experience at Starbucks Hyatt Hotel at 633 N St Clair St, Chicago. I ordered and paid for two bagels. I asked that they not be removed from the plastic wrapper as I didn't want them touched by an employee's hands and in the past, a bagel fell out of the bag and onto the floor. I'd had these experiences. An employee, Black male, said they had to remove the bagels from the plastic wrapper. I told him I did not want the employee's hands touching my food.
