Normal Starbucks, nothing special
What an experience. Glad they were having fun, cause everyone else got to sit back and JUST WAIT. If I could give a negative service star, I would.
If I had more, thumbs, I would give this more than two thumbs down. The Hyatt that this is located in is under construction, which is an inconvenience Starbucks is not responsible for. When I tried to find the bathroom, I was told “there is no bathroom“ when I asked where I could go for one the employee shrugged. After asking for a cup of water they told me that they were too busy to help me out even though I have just placed my order. The attitudes of the entire staff were terrible.
