Took my mom on her birthday through the drive thru, june 30th at 8:30 pm and the lady we spoke with at drive thru was extremely rude when we asked for help with her birthday reward.
I love starbucks, but this particular location always manages to screw up my order. Plus the baristas are not very helpful. They see you standing at the counter and won't acknowledge your presence until you stop them. They lack customer service skills Ok I gave it another chance and my drink felt lighter that normal I popped opened the lid and it was only filled a little above half. So I paid for a Venti and got a grande!!! Then I tasted it and it was horrible!! So disappointed
