I’ve decided to stop going to this starbucks after 10+ years because they’ve messed up my drink far too many times recently. Just this week, I’ve received 2 drinks that were supposed to have cold foam(the ube shaken espresso)…with no cold foam added. Not to mention, the espresso was not pulled correctly and tasted awful. I ordered ahead the other day 30 minutes in advance and my drink was still not even on the “in progress” portion of the board when I arrived.
