Don't lie to your customers. I ordered through the app for pickup and 10 minutes passed by the drive through and was told the order couldn't be given through the drive through and I had to get down. I got down and waited another 10 minutes as the order hadn't been started. I thought that was the point of ordering ahead of time on app to pick up if youre on the go. Curly haired lady, be kinder to your customers and don't lie.
