VERY ANNOYED. They let me place my order at the drive thru speaker, after I wait in line I get up to the window to pay for the girl to tell me they “couldn’t find” the Dubai brownie bites. She literally let me order 2 of them!!!! I’m telling everyone I know to never come here because that’s ridiculous to do to someone.
Today I had the best experience I’ve ever had in any Starbucks, ever, because one person was actually kind and friendly, & sincere while doing so, even apologizing for a delay while she finished training someone. Danielle listened, was accurate, & double checked on us later to make sure how me & a friend were doing. While this store is usually far from clean, I saw her attentively tidying & cleaning up.
