It would be most helpful if one of your staff didn’t sneer and mumble under her breath when you ask for a drink tray…In my “opinion”. 2026-09-17, 10:00am (inside, not the drive through)
I had gone in a couple of hours ago for 4 drinks and two of my drinks had spoiled milk in them and had no pumpkin spice in them! I ordered the iced pumpkin chai latte and I called to let them know and when I pulled up he ( BRIAN) said i was lying about the milk being spoiled! When there was literally clumps of milk in both my iced drinks!!!! Couldn’t tell on my other two because they were the caramel ribbon crunch😡
Renya doesn’t have good customer service and then had my order sitting at the drive through window which I came in an order. Smh
4 stars only due to not receiving my receipt today. The young man was a gentleman & professional as always. My beverage was purchased with cash and not card. All customers should be entitled to receive a receipt for their records. Not acceptable. Management needs to fix this matter.
I waited over 20 minutes at the counter to be acknowledged, despite four employees clearly seeing me standing there and looking directly at me. Not one person greeted me, acknowledged me, or offered any assistance. I understand that businesses get busy, but completely ignoring a customer for over 20 minutes is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. A simple acknowledgment would have made a huge difference. Very disappointing experience. I hope management addresses this if they value their customer’s experience!
