The worker name Emma was being unprofessional. She was Using Profanity out loud. It was a busy time when I went and there was people waiting to order, but once she turned around and saw the line, she decided to grab her phone and just walk towards the back.

Clearly never going to have a pleasant experience here. Baristas complaining out loud about their job. Slow service, wrong drinks and bad attitudes.
