Harvey and his partner on Sunday mornings make my DAY. I have to work close by extremely early and they always accomodate me and make an amazing cup of coffee every time! Thank you so much guys!!!
My experience going into this particular Starbucks is a pleasure. The early morning staff is always welcoming especially the young man Jalen. His customer service is the best I have seen in a while. His attention to service and calmness will continue to attract and keep loyal customers. Thank you
A Starbucks here of all places? I guess NSA workers need a joke or two as well. I'd imagine some of the calls and text they review via warrantless wiretapping are pretty comical. Oh, right they only see the metadata...
My friends and I have visited the 376 pear st. brunch today.(near Brooklyn Bridge in New York City) we were so impressed by the staff named Chelsea, she was really friendly, polite, helpful and really professional. Her team was also the same which i haven’t seen much now a day (no offense). She helped us with the orders and explained very well and knowledgeable. Horrible service, worker's have unnecessary attitude. i order a iced matcha latte, i was the only customer to order. they took order, then the server got me a regular match latte, when i said i ordered iced matcha, she flipped, made a face and said 'well they didnt ring you for iced matcha.' then she proceed to talk loudly and saying ' i am tired of this shit, she is telling me she order iced matcha' inferring that i was wrong. i went to the person who billed me and i asked, did you not get me a iced matcha? she said no and ... read more
