This is the WORST location in all of Yuma. You ask for iced you get hot, ask for hot you get iced, ask for large you get small. I usually go here because it's on my way to work and they've always been hit or miss but lately it is all miss. I don't think these people get any training whatsoever. One older lady that works there is sweet as pie but she can not make a drink to save her life. I'll make the drive to any other Starbucks from now on.
Lindo para algo exprés
Went inside and noticed they were busy from all the traffic. A lady was annoyed her order wasn't ready as soon as she came in saying "I thought it wasn't going to be fast, I have a deadline to finish" which came off super rude and entitled. The baristas all handled it so well, apologized, offered something for her having to wait, and still all thanked her for coming in.
