Spotted about 3 curious mice poking their heads over the edge of the white cabinets lining the wall when I was picking up my order...yes, real mice. I threw out my drink and food right away and walked out. It made me curious about the store's hygiene and if they are aware of issue. Will not be returning and will be spreading the word to anyone from my office who I know goes to this location. Contacted the proper NYC department regarding my observation.
Awful service, they are really rude and ignore customers
Monday evening I stopped at this Starbucks to introduce a friend to my favorite drink, that I get daily. I ordered it at the counter instead of on the app because I wanted to give my friend the full experience. The service at the counter was okay when I ordered. I asked for 2 and a half pumps of classic syrup and I noticed it wasn’t on the ticket so I asked the Barista who unfortunately didn’t have a name tag if he added the syrup.
