I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this Starbucks. I brought my own Starbucks tumbler for a refill, and the barista reacted with visible disgust because it wasn’t "perfectly clean." She rudely told me to "pour it myself" just because there was a tiny bit of coffee residue from earlier. I understand hygiene policies, but her attitude was hostile and completely unprofessional. O banheiro é lastimável, sem papel e PODRE.
The flavor was okay, but the matcha wasn’t blended well. You can still see clumps of matcha powder at the bottom, which affected the texture and overall experience. It would be much better if the matcha were mixed more thoroughly. They’d better train the barista well.
