So disappointing in comparison to other Starbucks locations. Staff unfriendly; they all see unhappy and service is minimal.
Starbuck's food is just okay... The team is outstanding... The environment is way too cold. Despite working there, everyone still wears their jacket...
The store is clean, and the staff is efficient. Drinks and food are done in a timely manner.
There was 3 people just there doing nothing and a line, someone forgot to make my coffee and I asked what happened and the girl that was not even talking to me started laughing about me and staring and making weird faces, this customer service in this store is a joke
