Clean shop fast service
I get that staff are slammed with drive thru orders, but they are totally ignoring customers inside the shop. They're basically avoiding eye contact. Waited for 5 minutes and was about to leave when a vietnamese crew came out to take my order with a completely straight face, sounding pretty irritated to be doing it,like she didnt want to be taking orders. I'm not going back.
In the drive through for 20 minutes. Food was ordered warm and was completely cold. Whoever the girl was serving at the drive thru at 12:19 needs to be retrained because I asked for them to be reheated and she told me no despite the fact that they were cold. Will never go to this location again.
Terrible service. Missed my add on topping, and drizzle. Horrible attitude and it’s the worst Starbucks I have ever visited. Ruined my day
Do not do mobile ordering here!! it’s most likely going to be late (50/50 chance in my experience). And not even a few minutes late, my last order was almost 20 minutes late and caused me to be late to my appointment. Might as well go through the drive thru since they priotitize those drinks more!!
