Horrible service. Served me the wrong drink (their mistake by their admission) and wanted me to pay extra ra to fix. Same size. Ugh. Bad form.
I was visiting NYC from Canada and had one of the best Starbucks experiences thanks to the whole team and especially incredible baristas—Chris and Chariece. From the moment I walked in, they were both so warm, kind, and genuinely attentive. They made sure my drink was just right and even checked in to see if everything was okay. If I could give no stars I would. Might be the most impolite employees ever. Here 9:20 am 4/4 and saw them tell off several people, ignored the que and refused a woman coffee saying she had gotten wrong store, but were rude in the way they delivered it.
