The service was great and my ice coffee was delicious! I was running late for my train and my beverage was ready 2 minutes after ordering.
The people that work at this Starbucks should be running the government
This location is oh so busy. And they handle it well I just wanted to quickly shout out Simon and his morning crew 4/2/26 the night before I had ordered something. I grabbed my drink and I left but I forgot to grab my other order. I told them what happened and Simon very graciously had it remade for me and sent me on my way. This is the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. The first time I ordered on the app, waited 30 minutes and still never got my drink. They weren't even busy at this time. Apparently they were out of what I ordered when I asked where it was, and I had to deal with customer service to get a refund because I didn't have time to wait on them to make something else.
