Not sure what's going on at this location, but there's a new trend of my mobile order not being filled. It happened again this morning for the third time since September. I usually order it as my LIRR Train is leaving Jamaica. That way, by the time I arrive at penn station 15 minutes later, It's cool enough to drink right away. I’m at Moynihan Train - it’s 545am and even though Starbucks is supposed to to be open at 5 am, because they said they are short staffed (5 people are working there right now) they are not opening til 6.30 am. They can serve coffee.
It is not true that they open at 5 a.m and thats crucial for a starbucks located inside a major transportation hub where people are constantly running to catch their trains
I just had the best experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. What’s most impressive is that this was at a very busy location inside a bustling transportation hub. Despite the rush, they got my order right the first time, and every team member was attentive and on point. Watching them work together so seamlessly felt like watching a perfectly choreographed dance—it was truly impressive.
