Mobile ordered soy iced latte. Label says soy iced latte. Took a sip about a half a block away realizing it’s cow milk. Too late to exchange because I had to get to work. Last week mobile ordered soy iced latte. When I get there it’s still not ready. Mgmt is training new person so he is only one working bar at 8am. 12min later it’s ready I walk out realizing lid is not secure. I try to secure and cannot.
