Unprofessional service. After waiting a while, I asked Natalie about my drink. She mocked me saying, “Oh, you getting late? Then why you order?” Totally disrespectful and uncalled for. Not the kind of attitude Starbucks should allow.
Don't go in the am the girl that works is angry and messes up your drink so bad it gets trashed. I tried twice and both times she ignored my instructions and does as she wished. The other customers watched her mess up so bad they walked out. Save your money and time Update: I went back to see if the staff changed and can take an order, she still ignored my directions even though I asked and repeated twice, it was drinkable not gross like last time. The staff is rude. They ignore you or treat you badly.
cashier was plain rude, kept us waiting while 4 other people were waiting behind us, none of the staff seemed to care about the line or giving good service, absolutely terrible.
there was literally no one at the register and that had me waiting 10 minutes just to order a drink. then when someone finally came, the girl with the pink hair disappeared on me while i was ordering and didnt even tell me where she was going. very unprofessional and rude, wont be coming back!
