So pissed off. I online ordered my drink with a marshmallow bar. They made my drink and left it on the counter, but communicated nothing about my bar. I asked the girl at the register if they were out all she did was nod. Gave me zero options to get something else, a refund, a coupon- ANYTHING. So stupid and so rude. Staff is always so rude here. It’s usually the girls too. I try to avoid this Starbucks and we decided to go again and you guys just reminded me why I stopped coming to this location. And it’s not that hard to get the correct items. Bakery items are ALWAYS forgotten and then they ask me if I need anything else when they open the window back up again like UH YES my bakery items?! Lol
I can’t comment on food as the staff chose to close the lobby 25+ minutes before closing with multiple groups trying to get in, hide behind machines, and look the other way before making paper signs say lobby is closed but to use the drive thru. The problem is all parties walked over from an event across the street so the drive thru was not an option.
