Hello, I frequently come to this Starbucks, and the staff here are incredibly sweet, but today one particular staff member was not pleasant. I made an online order for five drinks and when the staff brought them, she shoved the water aggressively which almost made the drink fall. The staff member was a female who had brown and blondish hair with a tattoo on her hand. Register girl was rude.
I stopped at this Starbucks at 4:30 PM on 5/15/26 and ordered a banana bread matcha. I stood by the counter waiting for my drink for 15 minutes. After waiting for 10 minutes I asked an employee if they were still working on my drink, and his response was rude and cold. Not the kind of experience I expect at Starbucks.
