Had a pretty good experience here. I grabbed a smoothie and a coffee, and both were better than I expected. The smoothie was fresh and not overly sweet, which I liked. Coffee was solid too, nice flavor and came out hot. The staff was friendly and the whole place had a relaxed vibe. It wasnt too busy when I went, so I got my order pretty quick. Prices seemed fair for the portion. Nothing fancy, just a nice spot to grab a drink and chill for a little while. I’d come back again when I’m in the area.
Starbucks was always known for its great service, but lately the service at the Arch Rd store has been somewhat rude. I let the bajista know at the window I could barely hear her and she stated it could be because my door was open. True my window is broken so I have to open my door to order, but I explained I wasn't able to actually hear what she was saying because her volume was so low.
