Employees say they don't have bathrooms, a common practice in New York stores not to clean bathrooms.
Did not go into all the Starbucks in New York, but even from the outside most looked unclean and neglected. Shame on you Starbucks. Would choose an independent anycday
My mobile order is always ready before I arrive. The staff are super friendly and I also enjoy their playlist. I even leave with cute little things like this on my cup hehe!
