They have very bad education w the coustumers
I came to this Starbucks in Herald Square on Thursday, 6/26 around 2:30 PM. At first, I was really frustrated—the price of my usual coffee order was noticeably higher than at other locations, and although the employee repeated my order back correctly, it was made wrong. When I politely brought it to the barista’s attention, she got upset and said she’d have to charge me extra to fix it.
