Standard Starbucks inside Macy’s store. No issues at all.
Absolutely awful! The employees were appalling, but still expected a tip. When we didn’t leave one, a female employee sarcastically shouted: “thank you sooo much guys, you are awesome.” After that, I’m pretty sure they messed with our drinks (maybe added old milk or something), because we ended up with stomach aches shortly after.
Took forever ain’t even fill my drink up to the top cause I asked for no ice like god forbid a girl don’t want ice on her drink horrible customer service The Rey guy said it was policy that they couldn’t fill drinks with no ice to the top and then I search it up and no policy like that exists, earlier I went to another Starbucks and everything was fine service amazing then I come into this one and it’s a whole foul mood
