The employees are great but I don’t understand why management forces them to BLAST music 24/7 even outside. They do it intentionally so no one is ever there, and it shows as it’s usually empty. The location is also terrible if you want to work outside imagine being next to a highway.
I come to this Starbucks most mornings for over 2 years, came in for just a cup of water and the manager said she’d only give it with a purchase even after I told her I’m a loyal customer, guess this how loyalty is treated.
