Simply asked for a cup of water today and they refused and said I had to make a purchase first The amount of money I’ve spent at this Starbucks is ridiculous and the cashier knows me this must be an odd new policy because no other Starbucks has ever refused a sip a cup of water to me before
I went in trying to purchase a cup of water, which has never been an issue at other locations. The barista on duty said she couldn’t do it because there’s no way to “ring it in.” I asked if she could charge me for the cup and she said there was no possible way. So rude
