Very rude when I asked them to make my drink how I like it, made me pay over $2 for extra cold foam which wasn’t even extra really and that’s never happened before today. Really bummed about it because I used to really like this location.
My roommate and I went through the drivethru last night and had Elliot help us with our order. Elliot was so kind and even gave us a free drink due to my miscommunication when ordering. So kind! :)
Just wanted to update my review. Classes are back in session and MHK has swelled. There are new faces and old faces but they work hard and efficient with a smile on their face. Still the best place to go. Love my Baristas All of the baristas who work here go above and beyond to make sure you have great service and a great experience! They always have a warm welcome and hope you have a great day! If you want the best Starbucks experience this is the place to go. This is the only Starbucks I will go to. Love them!!!
