Usually not an issue but I always order easy ice. I understand the cup may not be as full of beverage but it’s what I want. I drank the whole thing to illustrate the issue. Unfortunately they gave me extra apparently. Update didn’t even have to ask a very nice barista noticed my name and gave me my beverage for free and also told me to just bring it back and they’ll remake it. She pretty great about the whole thing.
As usual more ice than product.
I went through this morning on my way to work and it was such a lovely experience! Kadi was so helpful and kind, and my drinks were amazing
Did a mobile order. Waited 20 min for two venti Frappuccino’s. The first one looked good till my husband tasted it, tastes like water and Frappuccino chips with a splash of milk. Order these before in different stores never tasted like this. The second drink was made in a grande cup. Didn’t even want to waste my time. The first girl already looked stressed enough.
