Friendly service, at least they remember my name when I walked up. I appreciate that. K (don't want to mess her name up), Bri, and Zach were cool. I'll probably make it my morning coffee spot.
I ordered coffee and syrup. The coffee was cold. They over loaded my cup with cream. The new girl is excused, the other three were too busy talking to get this BASIC order correct. Newer people needed. The Starbucks in Target two blocks away is light years better than this one.
I ask the cashier for a receipt and he mostly ignod me but the horchata frappuccino was good and got me moving
There's a lady that works in Starbucks in there inside Jewel osco that is really rude and really needs to be fired immediately....this place is horrible....do your guys self a favor and go somewhere else beside this jewel osco not to mention...these people like to play games and favoritism....I wouldn't recommend no one to come in this jewel osco....
