I’m pretty disappointed with my experience this morning at this Starbucks. I ordered a soy misto, but the cup was noticeably underfilled—nowhere near what you’d expect for what you’re paying. It may seem like a small thing, but starting your day with something as simple as a properly filled cup of coffee matters. This felt careless and not up to the standard I usually expect. This was ordered at 0630 am so the store was not busy at all. I hope this is addressed so other customers don’t have the same experience. This

Be careful! I suspect the staff here stole my credit card information. Last Saturday afternoon, I bought 2 coffees at the register. There was no card reader so I handed my CC to the girl at the register she then handed my card to another staff while she talked to me. I thought it was strange but didn’t think much about it. I go here every weekday morning before work. Silver and everyone there is great; the crew always greets me with a smile and hello and they get me my usual order ASAP with no issues. Consistent, efficient and friendly as hell. Best Starbucks crew in the city!!!
