I have been ordering for a long time. 90% of time coffee was good. One time it was not good, then i asked to remake it. They did it, and was not good. Then i asked to refund it, a barista refused it. He said already half of coffee. I said bot half, and i am loyal customer and it never happened before. I probably drunk 20%. Barista Robert was stubborn and hinted i am doing it on purpose, that i am refunding it.
Drinks are always made incorrectly and order accuracy is inconsistent.
He mentioned that his name is Robert and also highlighted, because I had just asked for his name. The store is in need of a new manager, as the current one is problematic. He displays rudeness and disrespect, particularly towards every Black person he interacts with, which consistently leads to issues.
