My review is based solely on the customer service I received during this visit. I came in with a friend yesterday and ordered a Summer Berry Blast, while my friend ordered a chai tea. After placing our order, we sat down in the corner of the café and got caught up in conversation. About 10 minutes passed, and I realized I hadn’t heard my name called.
