Took a while to fix even though it was ordered 10 minutes before I got there. Had to inquire about it and then it was fixed. Drink was watered down and not what I expect from my Starbucks.
Extremely nice, greeted me & made my coffee exactly how I asked
I will be contacting corporate!!! I had a mobile order and requested decaf coffee and they claimed someone stole my drink when it was time to pick it up. Long story short they remade it with regular roast not decaf and I am pregnant. Dude that answered the phone was rude and nasty. Mind you Tanger Starbucks is not that far or that big….

Normally, I am not the type of person to leave a negative review, but my recent experience at this National Harbor location was genuinely off-putting. I placed a mobile order with a projected ready time of 9:50 a.m., but my order wasn't actually handed to me until 10:10 a.m.—a full 20 minutes past the estimated time.
