So I come to this location in Oxon Hill quite often because it’s about 10 minutes away from my house. There is an inconsistency in how people make the lattes that I ordered, and sometimes it doesn’t taste like it was made the way I asked it to be made (with whole milk). I love how my strawberry frappe was fixed, customer service is on point I love the good morning that's shouted out every morning and I don't have wait long. So I love everything about this Starbucks.
If you know me, you know how much I super love everything Starbucks!! You also know I love phenomenal customer service and look forward to each and every one of my visits and purchases. This Starbucks genuinely sucks. I ordered a S’mores Frappuccino with decaf coffee and whipped cream on the bottom—the way it’s literally advertised. Instead, my drink was made incorrectly. When I politely pointed it out, the employee argued with me instead of fixing it. What’s even more frustrating is that the instructions were clearly printed on the sticker. If you’re going to charge premium prices, at the very least make the drink correctly and provide decent customer service. I won’t be coming back to this location.
