The facility has been remodeled, it looked different; I liked the old look better. The service was good, the Batista greeting with a smile was nice warm as well; is always great.
The store closes at 5:00…I was waiting in line inside the store at 4:30 and was asked to leave because they were “closed”. The cluelessness when it comes to customer service is laughable.
The entire staff here is SO welcoming. I wish I could remember the name of the partner who was on register this morning (8/28/25) but that girl is a ray of sunshine and definitely started my day off right. As an ex Starbucks partner, the customer service I received at this particular location is exactly what the company strives for. To the managers- I sincerely hope you let your team know that they are doing an amazing job any chance you can.
