This Starbucks is so wonderful. When you walk in, everyone is so cheerful and kind, and welcoming. Even the atmosphere is so friendly and warm. The service they provide is absolutely wonderful and the drinks are spot on every time. The staff at this location are some of the most kind and uplifting people. They are so energetic and positive every single morning despite the morning rush, which is so refreshing, especially right before work. Definitely the highlight of my day. I couldn’t appreciate them more!

Actually a great Starbucks. They have good room for seating (considering it’s downtown Chicago). The staff was really pleasant and friendly.
