Oh my goodness! One of the time I was there, I told an employee that there was a lot of disgusting food and wet mess behind the couches—it was filthy. She didn't seem to care at all. I returned the next day, and all the garbage was still there behind the couch. Is this acceptable for you all? I even felt nauseous just looking at those couches and had to throw my drink away. No working bathrooms? It says a gender-neutral bathroom is on the premises. It seems the staff don't want customers to use it. EDIT: Management--thanks for the reply. Why not just post a sign for customers?
