Waited over 45 minutes for my drinks and had to cancel.
Waited foe my drinks for over 40 minutes and still no drinks. A family of four ordered 10 minutes after me at the register and got their drinks with 15 minutes while I'm still waiting. I understand it is the weekend, if you can't take mobile while not disable it. The manager should learn how to balance the orders during busy hours. After 45 minutes, I had to get a refund. Few people also did a refund before I did.
I cannot fathom WHY there are only 4 baristas working at a busy location like this. They are kind and doing their best, but the lack of help has them running out of essential bases, leaving the place dirty and an INSANE wait time. Unfortunately people will continue to pay for their drinks and so the bottom line is probably mostly unharmed, but this is probably the worst starbucks I've been in as far as cleanliness and speed. Do better by your baristas and give them the staffing they need.
Usually I come here every morning and grab a coffee my coffee is the same EVERY day! They know me by name I come that often! However this morning the app said 26 min wait ok no biggie my client can wait a min while I grab us coffee I waited nearly 40 min for my coffee got my food first thing walking in. When I got my coffee it was absolutely awful! I’m fairly certain the barista messed up and added extra shots of espresso to my coffee when that was for my clients coffee. I have been going to this Starbucks ever since I can remember, and Diane, who usually works the register is the most charismatic and hardworking employee there. Recently, there have been new people working the register and I have seen a MASSIVE difference in the productivity of the store. When Diane is working, everything runs very efficiently and smoothly compared to when she is not, and I would just like to commend her on her work ethic!! She needs a raise
