Horrible experience!!! They were having a meeting and took up ALL THE SEATS. There was nowhere to seat. As a disabled person this was NOT RIGHT AT ALL!!!!!! There were 3 manager who watched us wait over 20 minutes for our drinks and didn’t say sorry or even ask if we needed help. Just stood there!!!!!!! Very very disappointed. HEY CORPORATE LOOK AT YOUR CAMERAS!!!
Worst customer service I’ve ever received. Ordered $20 in drinks and never got them. Went to get a refund and was refused my money back, was told I could only get a gift card which is useless because I will never step foot in a Starbucks again after my experience at north Myrtle beach Starbucks.
30 mins for a cup of coffee? Are you kidding me? Just go somewhere else local not a big corporate spot.
25 minute wait time on Saturday morning in drive thru, really!!!!!
