I’m sure the employee I am talking about knows exactly who I am. I have went to this Starbucks about 3-4 times and the African American woman with glasses and short locs/braids repeatedly makes my drink incorrect even after asking her to constantly modify it when I’ve PAID EXTRA she’ll send me with syrup in a cup. Every time! Never visiting this location again!
I love starbucks but this one was different, I asked for my cappuccino and si ce is hot here I asked them to make it warm so they gave me hot and I asked nicely to please make it warm and the guy took it back put it in the trash and made another one and gave me a hot one again, if they are tired well they need to realize that they work with customers
Amazing place with extremely friendly staff and would personally highly recommend
