I’m really disappointed with the service at this Starbucks. The store wasn’t busy at all, but the staff still took a long time to make my drink. I asked for a venti (large) cup, but she made a grande instead, with less ice and no straw. They also don’t keep straws out for customers, and when I politely asked for one, the barista gave me a really bad attitude — like I was bothering her for no reason. Not the best cashier or bartender out here
They would charge extra fee for without ice. My husband asked for dragon fruit with lemonade without ice and being told there would be additional fee due to no ice would cost them more ingredients.
