The actual Starbucks store never failed me it's always the ones in the stores set up. I went this week after my appointment and asked for my drink, which I always get with whipped cream, and the lady said she couldn't do that because the whipped cream is runny with cream foam. I was confused why she couldn't make a customer's drink as asked. Is that what being a barista is, to serve how I know my drink? SMH. My husband and daughter were there today at 5:35 pm and they were told they couldn't make their pink drinks because they were close. They got home so sad and I call the store and I was told they close at 6 but they close their machines early but as far as I know there is no need of a espresso machine for a pink drink.
