I come to this Starbucks all the time but today was very disappointing visit. I ordered a Venti Mocha Frap with extra Caramel Drizzle per usual and always requested to have it split it into two separate cups. A simple task if you ask me and never had a problem with it at any other Starbucks. So the baristas told me that they weren’t able to do so and that they would just give me a cup to pour myself. fast and clean! staff super nice
Business as Usual.
Always have to love reading the negative comments from the entitled Kentlands folks lol. Complaining about not getting a straw is my favorite. Been coming here since this Starbucks opened and it’s always been great. I enjoy having my coffee inside or doing through the drive thru. It’s a great location, and I feel sorry for the workers who have to deal with entitled clientele all day long
