The Starbucks has a good coffee base. Their coffee is better than some of the other Starbucks locations in the area. The baristas are always friendly and service is quick. This is a busy location so there might be a slight wait for your order. I would go out of my way for this location.
The drive thru lady was very rude. Forgot to order a glass of water at the order section and asked for a cup at the window for my 4 yrs old daughter. She sarcastically said next time to order at the order section very rudely. Then after receiving my order it was wrong. I think they were working too fast and got my bagel without the cream cheese when the order label clearly indicated cream cheese as I said. On the morning of the 2025 Holiday Merchandise release, I woke up at 2:30 AM to be first in line at the Kentlands Gaithersburg, Maryland Starbucks (on November 6, 2025, at 3:30 AM). I waited outside in the freezing cold for 45 minutes, along with several other customers who were equally excited for the launch.
