Really amazing place! Super nice people work here and top quality, a little loud though inside due to the furniture, please install pads so they don't screech when people move them constantly. : )
Prioritizes drive thru over in-house customers , waited 10-15 minutes for a basic drink while 10 cars got served.. a serious issue
Great place to complete office work. I wish they were open 24/7. I could get so much done there!
Hit a huge pothole in the drive thru lane this morning at 8:55am. The pothole is on the left right after the cashier window. It's ridiculous that they haven't gotten this fixed and risking my car being damaged over their profits.
I ordered several carafes for a party - which I know take awhile to wait so I placed the order early, was provided a pick up time 25 min later, went over they took an additional 25 minutes past the pick up time I was told and did not even acknowledge how late they were running or offer free drink coupons. Really disappointed I had to waste part of my morning that way and it threw a wrench into the day.
