Drink quality is fine but have never had a good experience, they are always rude and give attitude.
I came in some day last week and the manager along with the crew were completely rude and had no manners. It seemed like they were trained by a zoo because where is the customer service? The manager along with being rude was unhygienic looking, she looked like she had not showered and her hair was a mess, this should be unacceptable for a manager. Ordered an iced drink and this is what I got. The second picture is how it came from the store, which already looked suspiciously light. After 2-3 sips, the cup was basically empty because it was packed with ice and barely any actual drink. I paid for coffee, not a cup of ice cubes. Super disappointing and definitely not worth the price. Do better.
