The manager was rushing me I felt I was trying to make up my mind and no one was in line with me. The place was pretty empty.
Kentlands was the go to store starbucks in our area for a long time. They would always make our drinks really well. The past 3 visits they have messed up or forgotten parts of our order. One of the times I had to go through the drive through twice and show my receipt because they insisted I ordered one drink instead of two, which the receipt showed and drink label showed two. The current staff does not read orders carefully, its frustrating. First field starbucks is the current winner despite the awful parking lot.
I ordered an ice coffee with light ice, they gave it to me full of ice, I took out the ice and now my drink is just reach the fist line, so I guess I paid for ice
Really amazing place! Super nice people work here and top quality, a little loud though inside due to the furniture, please install pads so they don't screech when people move them constantly. : )
My go-to Starbucks on Saturdays when my kid is at rowing practice. This location is hopping! Good seating options both indoor and out, plus counter seating. The staff is friendly but they’re always swamped with the drivethru.
