I came here everyday of my trip. I’m from Seattle. January 7-11. The first 4 days were beyond belief. So friendly, helpful, saying hello to everyone! Then Sunday the 11th. No welcome, egg bites, no fork. Coffee took forever, people after me had left. I ordered a double short, hot, oat milk latte to stay, ie Mug. Had to ask twice and was served in a Togo cup.
