I ordered an iced white chocolate mocha with peppermint cold foam. They handed me the drink with peppermint chocolate cold foam, which is not what I ordered. The gentlemen at the register handed the cup back to the barista who insisted she made the drink as ordered. I order this all of the time, so I knew as soon as I touched the cup that it wasn't right.
