I order coffee under my wife's account every day for over a year. So 2 coffees a day m-f. Prettt much the exsct same order. They constantly mess up my coffee drinks. I.e paying for soft top and they dont add it. Ugg
Everything was good as always. But I always get to much ice in my coffee.
The majority of of this is freaking whip cream after my husband asked for no whip cream this is ridiculous and the coffee taste old as
Frustrating to get up at 5 AM to drive and treat myself to a chai on a Friday morning only two drive off with nothing but hot milk for my five dollars. It was hard not to notice that the lady who was making my chai was busy yakking with her coworkers the whole time I was at the drive-through, clearly distracted enough that she forgot to put the chai in the chai. Won't be going to that location again.
