First I want to say that the staff are amazing, so my issue is not with them but rather with whatever policy the management implemented which forces every member of the team to yell “welcome in” in unison every time a customer walks in, which at 8am is like every 2 seconds. It’s jarring to say the least, and definitely doesn’t inspire a desire to sit around and enjoy my coffee….which I suppose is a moot point bc I always take it to go.
