Serious Safety & Privacy Breach. I had a terrifying experience at this location. The bathroom doors DO NOT have a manual lock from the inside, meaning anyone with the keypad code can walk in on you. I was washing my hands when a man deliberately entered. He had previously hovered by the door, waited for witnesses to leave, and then used the code to come in despite knowing it was occupied. I ordered light ice. Look at this. They gave me just ice!!
Waited for 10 minutes this morning and never even had my order taken. Staff members knew I was at the register and waiting and ignored me to continue making mobile orders. I had to get to work so I ended up just leaving. By far the worst starbucks experience I've ever had
