Placed a order online 1:23 been on the drive thru for 30 minutes and haven’t gotten my order
Just was trapped in the drive through line for 20 mins casue there was an issue with an order. Any other competent drive through would have asked the person to pull around and come in. Never going here again.
I laughed when I opened up my chicken bacon protein pocket because of how little food is in there (water bottle for comparison). It literally looks like it’s for children.
Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience at this location. When I first arrived, I was told someone would assist me, but I ended up waiting several minutes before anyone came over. Later, when I came to pick up a DoorDash order, I tried to get someone’s attention because I couldn’t locate the order, but I was repeatedly ignored while employees continued working. Overall, the interactions felt dismissive and the service was frustrating. I hope management can address the customer service at this location.
The place looks nice, but the employees are always so nonchalant and it’s always a gamble when buying drinks here bc most of the females here don’t listen to the less ice request or just make a bad drink.
