This reminds me why I dont go to Starbucks. A lot of staff, no one handling the line, no one filling orders. Took 10 minutes to get a cold brew in a not crowded coffeeshop. Had to ask, twice,since the order was seemingly forgotten. Go elsewhere.
Drinks were good but bathroom closed earlier than store
My first NYC trip and it was so freezing. I rushed in to get a hot macchiato and the staff welcomed me so warmly. Made my day:)
I love there attention and attitude in how they are always welcoming people in and been nice to all customers. There definitely made my day happy
