Every single person at this place is incredibly kind and always has a smile on their face. I come here every day, and they truly make my mornings better. They know me by name, have my coffee ready before I even ask, and their warmth and attention to detail never go unnoticed. It’s rare to find a team that makes you feel so welcomed and cared for. Had a great experience with a Fantastic barista with an amazing personality, who actually made me curious about life in NYC especially those in theatre. It was an enjoyable conversation & experience. She had a great personality, who was very down to earth & had a very colorful personality. Chai Latte and caramel macchiato tasted amazing btw !!! Everything you would expect from a Starbucks. Consistent quality and the staff was friendly. There are four chairs up to a bar where you can eat or drink. But this is mostly a takeout place.
