Friendly environment and patient staff. The hot coffee gave me what I needed in order to help my friend pack up and move unlike the coffee I have at home lol

Bruh I went alllll the way to the Starbucks INSIDE OF A BUILDING only for them to shrug and say I couldn't have an iced venti bc they ran out of venti iced cups. Really? Couldn't be bothered to stuff an iced coffee in a different cup? Offer any other solutions? Nope. Just a shrug and a sing songy sowwweeeeee.
This Starbucks located inside Albertsons is conveniently located, and the person who helped us was friendly, patient, and kind
Apparently the guy with the lip piercing charges for a cup of ice water. When Not a single other starbucks has ever charged for ice or ice water. I only have this issue when he's working.
