Nice Starbucks in a location with top-tier people watching. however, the keypad locks in the bathrooms are a bit much. i had to go badly after i sucked down a venti Cafe Americano but didn’t realize there were locks/ i had to get a code. a line had formed at the register by that point and i didn’t feel like standing for another 10 minutes to ask for the bathroom code. so i had to hightail it elsewhere to get sweet relief. stop gatekeeping bathrooms and making it difficult for paying customers to take care of natural business... read more
I recently visited your store with the intention of making a purchase. Upon entering, however, I urgently needed to use the restroom due to a chronic health condition that causes sudden and unavoidable need for facilities. Unfortunately, I was met with dismissiveness and a complete lack of empathy from a staff member—a woman wearing an orange face mask—who curtly told me I had to buy something first. They are clearly serving expired food products. I ordered a sweet drink and it was very sour instead - the opposite of how the drink is supposed to taste and then refused to help. The milk was clearly grainy / cloudy and they still wouldn't fix it
