Asked for a cup of water for my toddler on a really hot day and staff refused. I even offered to pay for the cup. Said they don’t give out water. I was literally holding a 15 month old… just bizarre
I’ve never been denied a cup of water at Starbucks before, including at this location, so I was surprised by my experience today. Around 7 PM, with the store fairly empty, I politely asked for a cup of water after walking for a while and was told I needed to purchase something. I usually enjoy coming here, so this was disappointing!
I don’t know how much I’ve spent on Starbucks in the past but it’s not cheap and I just stopped in there to get my dog some water and they said I have to make a purchase to give my dog some water that is ridiculous. I’ll never go in there again.
It’s not a bad Starbucks in terms of service, I just don’t understand why there is always a sewer smell when I walk inside.
Horrible experience here - staff are rude
