There needs to be a bit more organization especially during peak hours. I stood in line for 15 minutes, not ever being acknowledged while they caught up on drink orders. Mind you, my boyfriend and I were the only two customers actually in the line. I understand things get busy, and mobile orders come in fast, but I didn’t even get an apology for the wait, or a I will be with you in a minute or anything. No greeting, dry energy .. like it’s to early for the non urgency. Or even a hello for acknowledgment just nothing. …… don’t waste your time

Depending on who’s working and the time you go your experience may not be the same. But coming Friday morning both workers were moving extremely slow. They made customers drink who ordered after me before my order.

Everytime I end up coming here, since it’s closer to work, I get reminded why I go to the Starbucks on state. Always inadequate drinks, not even mixed, straight milk, or straight syrup, or just not tasting well. The people who work here have attitude, don’t even say hello or anything back to you, after you’re nice and talk to them. I’ve been coming to this Mariano’s for two years and everytime I go to their Starbucks it ends up being the same. So disappointing, and waste of my money. Starbucks is not cheap.
