The best customer service ever! I’m traveling long distance from Chicago and they made me feel so welcomed, my drinks were made perfectly, I’ll always remember these sweet people!
They have "for here" glasses/mugs. Just be sure to emphasize that with the cashier. Sometimes the baristas miss that on the ticket because a) this is a busy location and b) they aren't really used to it/don't get many "for here" orders!
I was the only one in the store and it took 16 minutes to just get a regular cold brew coffee
The refreshers are delicious. They taste like they are made with real ingredients and real fruit. One of most amazing things I ever tasted. Very kind staff and dining area is so comfortable to sit in.
Ordered online and went to pick up my order at drive through, they tried to look for my order and then I relised that I had to pick it up at another starbucks! but the manager was kind and asked if I want to pick it up here! and they made it so fast and was very friendly about it, my favorite starbucks.
