Some of the staff are amazing,. But omg I go here every day only because it’s so close and it’s like playing Russian roulette. Some days amazing coffee they get the order right. Other days the coffee taste like absolutely nothing which lets me know they did not make it how I ordered it. Today completely terrible. Terrible way to start the day
I came to this Starbucks very recently and I received the most disgusting and horrifying customer service I've ever gotten from anywhere in my life. I came in to get a black tea with my girlfriend in the drive thru. The employee at the window was a girl named Ari and she was incredibly rude, kept giving us attitude, and even slammed the window in my face, if this is how Starbucks is training their employees I'm never coming back to this location ever again.
