I got the new macha strawberry Omg!! It was nasty. So it took me one week to return it.than the girl didn't even apologize???. Got another one which it was much much better.
I had a very disappointing experience at this location. If I could give it a 0/5 I would. Tori was extremely rude and dismissive—if she's having a bad day, she takes it out on the customers. She got my order completely wrong, and when I politely pointed it out, the woman who remade the drink (a shorter lady behind the counter) rolled her eyes at me without saying a word. Staff – including the managers – are not friendly at all. We've been loyal Starbucks customers at this location for many years, but the service has significantly declined over the past six months. It's disappointing to see such a noticeable drop in quality. What a shame.
