Very rude, ordering online and waiting 50 minutes to get it. No one cared and just told me to wait. This wasn't the first time. I have to go to Starbucks because I need caffeine, but I really don't want to go there again.

Drinks are ok, service sucks Staff is doing everything else but making drinks during the busy lunch break
There is never a sense of urgency considering where the coffee shop is located. It's in the lobby of a hospital and the employees are never in a hurry. They socialize while the line is always 2/3 rows deep. They talk while one register is open as if they don't have a care in the world. The food is subpar.
