Worst Starbucks customer service. The employees are just hanging out and having fun, checking their cell phones while the drink orders pile up and customers wait forever.
Columbia University Irving Medical Center's Milstein Hospital Building’s Starbucks is really lovely!! The waiting area is clean, well-kept, and is relatively organized + quick in regard to ordering and pick-up. They make a good cup of coffee, and the staff are helpful + kind. There is a nicely-sized gift shop with lots of items available for selection next to this Starbucks location, too!!
Very rude, ordering online and waiting 50 minutes to get it. No one cared and just told me to wait. This wasn't the first time. I have to go to Starbucks because I need caffeine, but I really don't want to go there again.
Servicio y productos muy buenos, pero el lugar es mas pequeño de lo que aparece y hay MUY poco lugar donde sentarse y pasar un rato. Poco recomendado
Drinks are ok, service sucks Staff is doing everything else but making drinks during the busy lunch break
