when you order online they don’t care about the quality of your drink which is sad because we pay extra for delivery ! I ordered a caramel frappe and they didn’t add anything I specified on my order & it taste watered down like frozen milk and they were cheap with the caramel which I payed extra for . I’m tired of people ripping us off when clearly the coffee is already overpriced , least you Starbucks “ baristas” could do is make our drinks right . I don’t even taste the coffee and I added extra shots . Trash service !

I had a disappointing experience at Starbucks. I walked in and waited at the register for someone to assist me. There was an employee at the other register named Flor, but she didn’t acknowledge me or say anything at first, which made it confusing whether I should wait or move. When she finally looked at me, she just nodded her head for me to come over instead of communicating clearly. Girlfriend got a large matcha. The guy didnt close it properly, causing it to spill all over her. When I asked for napkins, he dimissively gave me no clear directions. When I found them on my own, he told me with attitude, "there it is". When I told him I got them, he threw his hands up in annoyance. Very unprofessional and rude behavior.
