The staff has gone beyond my experience at any other Starbucks! They are kind, helpful, happy and energetic! My drink was EXACTLY how I like it. Will be back here again soon.
I waited for an iced venti matcha latte for 15 minutes inside the Starbucks. I asked about my drink . The barista said the printer got stuck my drink will be ready soon. At that time I already waited 10min it took another 5min to finally get my drink. They gave a $4 gift card for all my troubles.
Litterally THE BEST starbucks ever, employees are so nice and always make great conversation with me, ive gone so many times ive become friends with them and specifically Erik and Ellie are so great and alwyas so nice to run into! I go to get a coffee and i leave happy everytime not just cause they are quick but they are so friendly!!!
I purchased an iced blonde vanilla latte with caramel drizzle around the cup/on top with light vanilla cold foam. There was no syrup or drizzle so it was just a regular latte with some cold foam and the shots were sour. At the window I pointed out how there was no drizzle, and the person kindly asked if they could just put some on top.
