Litterally THE BEST starbucks ever, employees are so nice and always make great conversation with me, ive gone so many times ive become friends with them and specifically Erik and Ellie are so great and alwyas so nice to run into! I go to get a coffee and i leave happy everytime not just cause they are quick but they are so friendly!!!
I purchased an iced blonde vanilla latte with caramel drizzle around the cup/on top with light vanilla cold foam. There was no syrup or drizzle so it was just a regular latte with some cold foam and the shots were sour. At the window I pointed out how there was no drizzle, and the person kindly asked if they could just put some on top. That was fine, I was just a bit disappointed because as a former partner, I know that lining the cup specifically has a charge so I paid a bit extra for no reason. I drove up to this location at 849pm on Monday 5-4-26 for a drink apparently they Close early today the Website and store locations states they Closed at 9pm. Not professional i had to drive to Simi valley for my tea
Great service and pleasant outlook. Coffee was ok too!!
