I rarely leave poor reviews but the woman at the drive through was quite foul and rude. Had to repeat the order several times and she got snippy because I guess I sounded tired of repeating it. She apparently has trouble understanding an English accent. Was unnecessarily unpleasant, rude and lacking any customer service skills. For the price I paid, starbucks really needs to do better with training their staff.
This Starbucks has a 2.8 star rating when writing this and frankly I’m shocked it’s that high. The coffee is fine but the service was awful. Starbucks should review the hiring processes for this location.
