I had a really unpleasant experience with one of the servers today. She was extremely rude and seemed irritated when I took just a couple of seconds to decide on my drink even though there was no line behind me. Her attitude felt not just unprofessional but borderline racist, which made the whole experience feel hostile and uncomfortable. Expecting basic respect when I’m a paying customer is bare minimum.
I can’t believe that is Starbucks brunch. I ordered 6 different drinks and all of them were terrible 😣
I went to this Starbucks for the first time after very recently moving to the area and was simply astounded by the experience. Not only was the store clean, fast, and well-organized, but the service was truly outstanding. A special shoutout to barista's Destiny and Corin—they were incredibly friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect.
