Trenta Salted Caramel Cream Cold Brew… with THIS MUCH ICE! My husband orders this drink EVERY time, and this is the first time he’s gotten THIS MUCH ICE. (Ice should be below the second line from the top, not above the first line.) Shame on that barista.
The nicest people work here and they did a great job on my drink.
I ceased going to Starbucks for 3 years. I return now when I see that the staff inside are those who are friendly to me. Perception is the foundation of reality. The staff is great…. But the coffee since the remodel has been trash. The iced coffee is so bitter I couldn’t even finish it. It’s been a few orders now. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt new equipment so there’s a learning curve but I was sadly wrong. We used to order almost every day. Not any more
